I feel a little creepy immediately reading this the second it arrived in my inbox but I was excited to see what you would include and it did not disappoint!
a) would *totally* read a Baroness + Maria fan fic
b) this is my favorite gift guide I've read this year! everything feels warm fuzzy personal and not like you got a sponsored ad for it and that's a really tough feat these days (and hard agree that edible arrangements are highly underrated - received one back in my corporate life and I still think about how good the pineapple was)
This is soooooo good! Especially love the Spotify playlist suggestion. My girls are 22 and 23 and I love their music. Also is free for them but the effort they’d put in- much appreciated.
100% agree-- "There are few things more depressing than a useless exchange of items that neither person will use or wear" and also "OBSERVE AND LISTEN TO THOSE YOU CARE ABOUT" hahaha but so true!
So many great suggestions, especially the place-specific eBay merch! I also love making personalized Christmas ornaments on Shutterfly—last year I gifted my niece and nephews ones with pictures of us on them, and my mom one with a picture of her Frenchie.
Omg those pet portraits are so fun! I’m definitely gifting that to my partner. We said goodbye to one of our dogs last year and he still talks about her every day (well we both do actually 🥹) so this looks like it would perfect! Also that baggu bag would be great for my mom who insists on taking a Trader Joe’s tote every time she travels lol
I def will, it’s such a perfect balance of personal and practical, and it’s both an experience gift (my personal fave!) that comes with built in mementos for afterwards. Genius!
I just bought the wooden tulips at the eBay link as my mom’s Christmas present… reminiscent of the tulips she helped us plant as little kids in a long-ago rental house. Thank you for sharing these!
